Consideration
We all have shortcomings. We all have good and bad days. Era is a place for all of us to feel welcomed despite those shortcomings. We are all different, let's be considerate of other people and accept them as they are.
Caring
We believe that, and so far it's been our privilege to see from many of our members, helping out others with their bad days strengthen our bonds and help us build a community based on trust and acceptance. We deeply care for all of you here and the fact that you want to be here, and like being here is the thing we are most proud of. We believe that part of this is due to how much we care for one another and as we like to say: "In Era, we take care of our own." You're part of the family now!
Courtesy
Respect is one of the Values we hold in the highest regard. We believe that courtesy derives from respect. As such we believe that treating others with courtesy is the first step towards showing respect to them.
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our officers. One of them will be contacting you in game! So don't be startled if you receive a random tell from someone. :)
If you already have friends within Era, do use them as reference!
